Refund Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

AskZeron is a digital SaaS product — there's nothing to ship or return. If you're not happy, we'll make it right. This page explains how.

The short version

If you want a refund, email help@askzeron.com with your account email and a one-line reason. We'll review it and respond within 48 hours. No forms, no hoops, no runaround.

7-day trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. You don't pay anything during the trial. If AskZeron isn't for you, just don't upgrade — your trial expires and that's it. No charge, no follow-up.

First payment

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide within 14 days of your first payment that it's not working for you, email us and we'll refund the full amount. No justification essay needed — a simple "it's not for me" is enough.

Recurring payments

After the first 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable — but you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No future charges.

If something went wrong on our end — a technical issue that made the service unusable, a billing error, or a charge after you cancelled — email us and we'll fix it, including issuing a refund if appropriate.

Cryptocurrency payments

Since payments are processed through NOWPayments in USDT, approved refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after approval.

When we can't refund

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse — for example, repeated signup-and-refund cycles, or accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

Cancelling your plan

Email help@askzeron.com and we'll cancel it immediately. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't make cancellation difficult on purpose — if you want out, you're out.
