Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AskZeron, operated by Aqua Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd (trading as Drazlon). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What AskZeron is

AskZeron is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered chatbots for eCommerce websites. The service includes lead capture, meeting booking, analytics, email notifications, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that affect paid functionality.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract. One person or business per account — no sharing login credentials with third parties (agency plans may deploy on behalf of clients as described in the plan).

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed through NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment information is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, your account reverts to a limited free tier unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. The short version: 14-day money-back on your first payment, email help@askzeron.com to request one.

6. What you can't do

You agree not to:

• Use AskZeron to violate any law or the rights of others
• Send spam, phishing, or unlawful marketing through the chatbot
• Upload malicious code or attempt to access our systems without authorization
• Resell or redistribute AskZeron except as permitted by your plan (Agency plans may deploy on client sites)
• Use the service to deceive, harass, or harm any person
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the service
• Use AskZeron to collect data from minors

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your data

You own the content and data you submit through AskZeron, including your business information and the leads captured by your chatbot. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display your data to provide the service. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect visitor data and that your own privacy notices reflect your use of AskZeron. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

8. Our intellectual property

AskZeron's software, design, widget code, branding, and documentation are owned by Aqua Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business purposes during your subscription period.

9. AI-generated content

AskZeron uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate chatbot responses. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing the information your chatbot provides to visitors. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated output. You can control what your chatbot knows and says through your dashboard configuration.

10. Uptime and support

We aim to keep AskZeron available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and factors outside our control may affect availability. Support is provided by email at help@askzeron.com. Response times depend on your plan tier.

11. Disclaimer

AskZeron is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will produce any particular business result — your results depend on your product, your market, and how you configure Zeron.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqua Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may cancel and stop using AskZeron at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and don't fix it within a reasonable time after notice — or immediately for serious violations of Section 6. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days (in case you change your mind), then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing help@askzeron.com.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where possible, we'll notify active customers by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
